I've looked a bit into information technology, and information technology'southward bascially simply a .lua file, yes. You tin either apply the .dat file or, if yous already have mods installed, unpack TPP'south 00.dat file and overwrite the original .lua file in 00\Avails\tpp\motherbase\script. Though information technology seems the modern's using an old name for the .lua file. Should be renamed to EquipDevelopConstSetting.lua.
If you're using SnakeBite information technology's probably better to pack the .lua file to a .mgsv file with SnakeBite, so it won't reset 00.dat next time you start it.
Edit: Back up the 00.dat file commencement though.

I've 100%'d the game on the Xbox One, simply I'grand replaying hither on PC and would love to take the Bandana unlocked eraly. Anyone think of a decent mod?

Infinte Sky does this really well and is easy to install by using SnakeBiteI have that installed.
So see if it works past putting the .lua in your game'south local files, should be a mods folder in the commencement folder or so of MGS_TPP. Within that mods folder is a modules folder filled with .lua's. Put it in there.
